- That the agreement is not a contract of insurance, and customers will not have any protections under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if something goes wrong;
- That if an appliance is repairable, customers will still be responsible for repair charges and details of what those repair charges will be; and
- That the trade-in allowance is available at any time, not only when an appliance is found not to be repairable.
For the avoidance of doubt this is a Service Agreement not an Insurance Policy and should not be viewed or used as one. As this is not an insurance product, it is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and they would be unable to assist or investigate Your complaint. You would not be entitled to seek assistance from the Financial Ombudsman Service or seek compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. If an appliance is repairable, You will be required to pay a reduced repair charge of no more than £65.00 (dependent on Your area and Our negotiated costs). If repairs cost more than £250, We will discuss with You the options/costs before giving any further authorisation. The trade-in allowance is available at any time, not only when an appliance is found not to be repairable.

There can be many different reasons for this. Sometimes it is because parts are no longer available, or too costly or the appliance has sadly come to the end of its life. In any of these circumstances we can help you with a replacement. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions
Your Service Agreement is designed to include all of your appliances for a period of 12 months. If you choose to add an appliance you can do this for an extra cost and you will charged for the remaining months of your Service Agreement
Under the Service Agreement you are unable to swap or remove any appliances until renewal or prior approval. Any changes will require 30 days notice.

It usually takes UK Clean & Repair 1-2 hours to clean a single oven and 1 ½ – 2 ½ hours to clean a double oven. Larger ovens like AGA's can take upwards of 2-4 hours.
